Three Cheers for What's Happening at Martin Saints
1. Last week 300 people came to hear Rod Dreher talk about the Benedict Option.
2. Next week we're having an open house for prospective students. November 15.
3. Next month everyone is invited for Advent lessons and carols. December 6.
How exciting to come together as a community and hear author Rod Dreher. The culture is changing. We want to remain faithful. We want our kids to be smart and become saints.
That's why Martin Saints exists. Rod also blogged about visiting our school.
Read more here. This school is needed more than ever and we are rising to the challenge.
Open House and Info Night
Classical education means conversation about the great books of western civilization. But it's also much more than that. We see the fingerprints of God in all that is good, true, and beautiful. Come see what the excitement is all about. Meet our teachers, parents, and students. Learn what we study and why. Thursday, November 15, 7pm.
Advent Lessons and Carols
All are welcome on Wednesday, December 6, 7pm, at Holy Martyrs parish. Our student choir will lead the congregation in a service of Advent lessons and carols. Reverent liturgy is good and beautiful in its own right, and it's also the most important lesson our students receive. Join us in prayer and get your Advent started right.
