Deacon Chris Roberts, Ph.D., Chairman
Deacon Roberts lives in Chestnut Hill with his wife Hannah and their four daughters. He is a permanent deacon at Our Mother of Consolation parish. Chris is a convert who grew up in Baltimore. The Roberts family moved to Philadelphia in 2005 so that Chris could teach in the Ethics Program at Villanova University. Pope Francis awarded him the Benemerenti Medal for being the primary writer and editor of Love is Our Mission: the family fully alive, which was the official catechism for the 2015 World Meeting of Families.

Adam Dickerson, J.C.L., M.A., Headmaster
Mr. Dickerson and his wife Sarah live in Willow Grove, along with their seven children. Adam attended high school seminary and diocesan seminary, where he received his bachelor's in philosophy. He also has a licentiate in Canon Law from the Catholic University of America. Adam taught moral theology for almost ten years at Archbishop Ryan High School. Next he worked for nearly another decade as a canon lawyer at the Archdiocesan Marriage Tribunal.

Matthew Brach, DBA
Matt Brach has held various roles in the private capital investment market. Father of four children, he is the CFO of the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, which cultivates a vibrant community of students, faculty, and alumni teaching foundational principles of Western civilization. Educated at Villanova, University of Maryland, and Temple, where his research focused on private capital markets, he has executed over $2B in transactions. His teaching experience includes high school as well as Catholic University, Villanova, and Loyola. He has been and is an independent board member of several for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Stephanie D'Anselmi
Stephanie D'Anselmi is a Senior Consultant at American Philanthropic, a non-profit consulting firm in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Before joining American Philanthropic, she was a grassroots fundraiser at a local radio station. Prior to that she worked with Peter K. Greer at HOPE International as an Assistant Writer, where she worked on his books “40/40 Vision” and “Mission Drift.” Stephanie studied Politics, Philosophy, and Economics as well as Music at the Templeton Honors College at Eastern University, where she first fell in love with Classical education.

Mark Gaeto
Meet Mark, a seasoned banking and IT industry expert with 30+ years of experience, leading Falcon’s Enterprise Technology practice. As a staunch advocate for private lower-middle-market business owners, he works closely with CEOs on establishing exit plans, facilitating mergers and acquisitions, arranging capital financing, and achieving optimal outcomes.
A dedicated philanthropist, he advises technology company boards and contributes to local nonprofits. Mark is married and has three children. He and his wife reside in Strafford, PA, where they are members of Our Lady of the Assumption parish.

John Kasbar
John F. Kasbar has served as an attorney for the United States Army Corps of Engineers since 2003. In this role, he has legal, administrative, and financial responsibilities, planning a range of civil and military missions at home and abroad. He is also a former teacher, a third order Knight of Columbus, a member of the pastoral council at Immaculate Conception parish in Jenkintown, and an avid cyclist. John has three daughters at Regina Coeli Academy, where his wife Kristie helps to lead their Montessori program and John has served on their board. He has degrees in mathematics, math education, and engineering, as well as law.

Mary Dempsey Lau, AIA
Mary and her husband Dan have one grown daughter, as well as a son who died in 2003 at the age of three. The death of Mary and Dan’s son had a pivotal effect on her faith. Mary began reading deeply about Catholicism and came to realize how little she knew about the faith. Ultimately, her reading resulted in a spiritual and theology book group that has met monthly since 2005. Mary has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College and a Master of Architecture from Yale University. She is a registered architect and recently retired from her work at Preservation Design Partnership.

Peter Rawson
Peter grew up in Italy until he moved to the US when he was 12. He graduated from LaSalle University with a Degree in Business and Marketing in 1989. For the next twenty years, he worked in a family business, traveling extensively, working on imports and exports of textiles and plastic raw materials. He retired after having a stroke in 2009. He serves on the boards of several non-profits, including A Baby’s Breath (a crisis pregnancy center) and the Gianna Center of Philadelphia, which offers authentic Catholic women’s and prenatal healthcare. He is a member of the Catholic movement Communion & Liberation.
